Our Manufacturing Approach
At Hari Metals, manufacturing is at the core of our business. We operate our own production facility in Calicut, where we manufacture our range of metal hardware items for trade buyers.
More than 20 years of manufacturing experience has shaped our processes, alongside direct personal oversight.
Checks are carried out from material selection through to the finished parts that leave our facility for wholesalers, distributors, hardware shops, and retailers.
Production Process
Our production sequence follows structured steps across our hardware range.
Material Selection
Raw metal materials are selected according to each product specification, including stainless steel and mild steel grades appropriate for hardware applications.
Forming & Shaping
Metal rods and sheets are cut, bent, and pressed according to product dimensions.
Assembly & Joining
Where hardware products require multiple components or fastenings, parts are assembled and joined securely to meet standard specifications.
Surface Finishing
Surfaces are treated for clean finish and corrosion resistance. We offer metal polishing as a finishing service across stainless steel and mild steel hardware.
Inspection & Checking
Batches are reviewed prior to packing, checking dimensions, alignment, surface polish, and structural integrity.
Packing & Dispatch
Approved hardware products are packed for transport and dispatched to wholesale, distributor, and retail customers throughout Kerala.
